KIHARU meets Spring 2026

Saturday, April 4, 2026 - Sunday, June 14, 2026

The menu is full of color, combining seasonal ingredients such as silver salmon and sea bream with fresh herbs and spring vegetables such as rape blossoms, watercress, and green peppercorns. Three new pasta dishes, including Genovese with almonds accenting the refreshing acidity of tomatoes and Tomato Cream Pasta with Lobster and Fresh Tomatoes, were also on the menu. For the main course, we have prepared dishes such as silver salmon vaporetto and Hokkaido beef filet gruyere, in which layers of sauces and powders create a new expression with each bite. We hope you will enjoy the spirit of spring at KIHARU.
