For security reasons, the main entrance is locked from 12:00 am to 6:00 am.
When entering the hotel, please hold your room key over the touch panel to open the door.

Room amenity storage has been eliminated; please bring only the amount of items you need from the "Amenity Bar" in the lobby on the first floor.

We can launder, dry-clean and press your clothes. Please fill out the laundry form and bring it to the front desk with your laundry. Please note that we do not accept requests on Sundays.

Delivery service is available at the front desk on the 1st floor. The reception desk is very busy between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m., so please make your luggage delivery procedure the night before your departure as much as possible. Shipping slips are available in the guestrooms. Please fill out the form in advance and bring it with your luggage.

Coffee and green tea are available from 6:00 to 24:00.

The hotel is a non-smoking facility. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking lounge located behind the lobby on the first floor.

Can I exchange foreign currency?

We do not accept payment in foreign currencies, but there is a foreign currency exchange machine in the lobby on the first floor.
Currencies that can be exchanged are as follows
Nine foreign currencies in cash (Chinese yuan, Hong Kong dollar, Taiwan dollar, Singapore dollar, US dollar, Australian dollar, Euro, Thai baht, and Korean won) and traveler's checks.
We do not accept currency exchange from Japanese yen.

In order to reduce our environmental impact, we ask our guests to choose an eco-friendly cleaning style. Please choose your cleaning method from the magnetic sign on your room door and hang it outside the door by 12:00 noon. If you do not post the magnetic sign outside the door, we will not be able to clean your room. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cleaning service will be provided in order between 10:00 and 18:00.
